Hi, I'm Brandon Owusu Ansah, founder of Backyard Tech Support.

I started this company because I saw a gap in the way technology services are delivered to homeowners and small businesses. Too often, customers are left confused by technical jargon, pressured into buying equipment they don't need, or charged for temporary fixes that don't solve the real problem.

I wanted to build something different.

Before starting Backyard Tech Support, I spent years working in IT, DevSecOps, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. That experience taught me that technology isn't just about devices. It's about keeping people productive, protecting their information, and giving them confidence that their systems will work when they need them most.
