Scheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be listed on your invoice.

Customer Equipment

Customers are responsible for providing access to equipment that requires service.

If replacement hardware or software is needed, we will discuss available options before making any purchases.

Data Backup

While we handle your devices with care, customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important files.

Backyard Tech Support is not responsible for the loss of data resulting from hardware failure, software corruption, malware, or pre-existing issues.

Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If you experience a problem directly related to the service we provided, contact us within 30 days and we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue.

Manufacturer warranties for hardware and software remain the responsibility of their respective manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability
